We provide Advanced Restaurant POS, Enterprise Restaurant ERP, and Eaxy4U HRM and Payroll software solutions, and operate this marketing website to share product information and receive business enquiries.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal data processed through this public website, including the contact form and related security features. It does not cover third-party websites linked from our pages (for example, our live demo, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Google Maps), which are governed by their own privacy terms.

This Website Privacy Policy applies to the public Eaxy4U website and website enquiries. Use of Eaxy4U software products, cloud services, and mobile applications is governed by our Products and Applications Privacy Policy.

Where we provide contracted software products to customers, additional processing terms may also apply under a separate agreement or Data Processing Agreement.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Technical and security data needed to operate and protect the form, such as approximate submission timing, IP address (used for rate limiting and bot protection), and Cloudflare Turnstile verification results.
• Preference data stored in your browser, such as a language preference (`eaxy4u-language`) if you switch between English and Thai.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include national ID numbers, bank details, health information, or other sensitive data in the message field.

• Email / hosting infrastructure providers that deliver enquiry notifications and host our systems under our instructions.
• Cloudflare, which provides Turnstile bot protection. Verification may involve transmission of a token and related technical data to Cloudflare’s siteverify service.

Service providers are expected to process personal data only for the purposes we specify and with appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

• Essential / security mechanisms required for form protection (for example, CSRF tokens, encrypted form timing fields, and Turnstile widgets).
• Local storage for language preference so your EN/TH selection can persist between visits.
• Session cookies used by the application framework to operate the website securely.

We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this marketing website. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time.

8. Retention

We retain contact enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage the sales relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymise it where practicable.
